We provide long-term psychosocial support and home visits for people who find it difficult to connect with mainstream support services.
We believe in an inclusive society in which everyone has the opportunity to build a meaningful life, regardless of mental vulnerability. Our work is based on:
Age: from 18 years.
Who is supported? People with a severe psychiatric disorder (SPD). Long-term psychosocial support across multiple life domains, depending on what the person needs. We focus on people who often find it difficult to connect with traditional care.
Exclusions: People with a primary diagnosis of addiction, ASD, eating disorder or intellectual disability are referred to specialized teams.
Place of intervention: Wherever the person is (usually at home).
Response time: We contact the person within the week after the request. Start-up depends on the waiting list.
Duration: As short as possible, as long as necessary.
Intensity: Standard once a week, with the possibility of increasing intensity depending on the context.
Languages: Dutch, French, English; collaboration with an interpreter if needed.
Cost: Support by trACTor is free of charge. Only consultations with the psychiatrist and exceptional administrative fees may be charged.
